Full-time | Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week | £26,200 per annum | UK-based (hybrid/flexible depending on location)
Are you organised, proactive and looking to start your career in the live music and charity sector?
LIVE and The LIVE Trust are looking for an Administrator to support our small, friendly and fast-moving teams. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build hands-on experience across administration, operations and stakeholder coordination while working at the heart of the UK’s live music industry.
You’ll work across both organisations, supporting day-to-day operations and helping senior leaders stay organised and effective.
About us
LIVE is the umbrella body representing the UK’s live music sector. The LIVE Trust is our associated charity, funding grassroots music and supporting the long-term sustainability of the live music ecosystem.
Together, we work with government, industry partners and communities to protect, promote and grow live music across the UK.
The role
Reporting to the Senior Administrator for LIVE & LIVE Trust, you’ll provide essential administrative support across both teams.
Key responsibilities

Scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls

Preparing agendas and taking accurate meeting minutes & actions

Setting up online and in-person meetings
-
General administrative support (documents, filing, correspondence, databases)

Supporting events, programmes and stakeholder communications

Helping keep internal systems organised and up to date

Ad hoc support across projects as needed
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
-
Reliable and proactive with a “can-do” attitude

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
-
A clear and confident communicator (written and verbal)
-
Competent with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / Zoom / Canva
-
Interested in music, arts, charity or membership organisations (desirable but not essential)
What we offer
