This edition of LIVE Talks, delivered by Suzanne Mau-Asam and Nadine Pertsch from Doors Open - Institute for Corporate Sociology, will explore the realities behind generational differences and why “box thinking” can sometimes create more friction than understanding.
Drawing on insights from corporate sociology, we will examine how workplace context, industry culture, and communication habits shape behaviour across age groups. Together, we will explore practical ways to bridge differences in expectations, communication styles, and ways of working. The goal is always the same: helping teams move from assumptions and frustration to stronger collaboration, connection, and performance.
